Standard Policy Copy: "Once an off-market transfer of shares is initiated in the depository system (NSDL/CDSL) or a deal is locked after payment verification, transactions cannot be canceled or refunded. In the rare event that a transaction fails due to non-availability of shares or compliance rejections from our end, the full amount will be credited back to the investor’s registered bank account within 2-3 business days."
